Winter Wellness Booster Shots

A nutrient-concentrated drink to keep you going during the cold winter days.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Glass Jars for storage

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup of sliced ginger
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lime peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 2 cups of water
  • Glass Jar or Small Shots Bottles

Instructions
 

  • In your blender, add 2 cups of water, the ginger, garlic, and lime. Blend. Strain.
  • Strain so only the liquid remains. Discard the pulp.
  • Add the honey, mix it all, and store the Immunity Booster Shots in glass jars in the fridge.

Notes

It can keep fresh for a week but trust me, it won't last.
