Easy One Bowl Banana Bread Recipe
A simple yet tasty Banana Bread recipe that will plase adults and children alike!

Fine-mesh Strainer
- 2 to 3 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg room temperature
- 1/3 cup of oil of your choice
- 1/3 cup of milk of your choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup of flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until creamy.
Add the brown sugar, one egg and oil. Mix it all together.
Follow with the milk and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
WIth the help of fine-mesh strainer, add the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Pour the batter in a oiled loaf pan and bake in the preheated 325°f oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
