Step 1
Cook the shrimp according to the package.
Step 2
Cook the green beans with a 1/4 cup of water until tender. Remove from the stove, add olive oil and lemon&pepper seasoning. Gently toss to get it all mixed together.
Step 3
Add the chopped garlic and chili oil to a pan and cook it on low heat for a couple of minutes until the garlic is fragrant. Meanwhile make the sauce.
Step 4
In a bowl, add all the sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce in the pan with the garlic and the chili oil.
Step 5
Cook the sauce until thickened on medium heat. Add the cooked Butterfly Shrimp to the pan. Mix it well to make sure all the shrimps are coated with the sauce.
Step 6
Serve with Basmati rice and the green beans. Garnish with green onions and limes.
