Kids Vegetarian Quinoa Burgers ! 

Easy, Quick, Healthy Vegetarian Recipe That Children will love

Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup black beans from can, smashed with a fork
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese of your choice
  • 3 scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 spoon salt
  • Cayenne, black pepper and spices of your choice
  • Canola oil to form the patties and fry them
  • Hamburger buns
  • Your choice of condiments and sides

Directions

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together until well incorporated

Step 2

Shape the patties and place them on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Freeze them from 30 minutes.

Step 3

Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a pan then fry the patties 3 minutes on each side or until golden.

Serve them in a bun with your favorite condiment and enjoy!

If you have leftover in the freezer, just wrap them in the parchment paper and store them in a ziplock bag for up to 1 month.
