Ingredients

  • 1 bag of baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 cayenne
  • Garlic salt
  • Ground pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup Chopped parsley

Directions

Mix all the seasonings (except the parsley) with the carrots, cover them in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 400f for 20 min.

Add parsley and serve.

Can also be eaten cold as a salad.
