Easy, cheesy, tasty croissant recipe everyone will love.
This fast croissant recipe is ideal for those late nights after a busy day. It doesn't require much prep, dishes, or clean-up. It's a quickly put-together, delicious, balanced meal that will please everyone in the family!
Although we ate these croissants for dinner, they can easily be eaten as breakfasts on the go or at lunch. I personally complimented my croissants with a rich salad of lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber, and feta cheese.
Also if you have company over, they can be served as an amuse bouche for your party and customized with different fillings.
All you need for this recipe are croissants, cheese, tuna, and baby spinach. Before baking them in the oven, you will also need some butter to spread on top of the croissants. This step is optional, I just really like my croissants to be buttery, regardless if they have a filling or not.
Croissants are pretty easy to find. You can purchase them from Aldi, Kroger, or Target. They are wildly available. It's okay it they are not fresh from the bakery, warming them up in the oven with the butter will make them delicious. For my recipe, I used two packs of St Pierre Mini Croissants (10 in each bag). I didn't use all of them. I counted 4 for my husband, 3 for myself and my oldest children, and 2 for my little one.
